ブーケを翳す新婦 Bride holding up the bouquet
One Day Thought
In the lakeside park,
where the green leaves are fighting,
the towering bell tower is blown
by the afternoon gusts of wind,
and time seems to stand still.
Against the afternoon sun,
the verdigris-colored cast statue
casts a strong shadow
on the checkered paving stones.
A flock of white doves glide silently
through the air and the earth,
aiming for the statue.
From somewhere,
a glimpse of silence has been telling us
the fear of the world
The bride, carrying her bouquet,
heads to the altar,
and looks up at the bell tower
in awe of the world.
I remember that moment.
The cheers of the accompaniment,
congratulations,
and prayers for the future,
gently envelop the silent darkness.
